Capricorns are ruled by the element of Earth in which means that they
need to eat foods that support the healthy formation of joints, bones
and teeth. The planet Saturn that rules the bones also rules them.
Most Capricorns love delicious, wholesome foods so getting them to eat
right is rarely a problem.
Foods that are rich in calcium are oranges, lemons, figs, celery,
cabbage, kale, dandelion greens, spinach, broccoli, corn, peas,
potatoes, walnuts, almonds, whole wheat, oats, and brown rice.
Capricorns should include a fresh raw salad, fresh fruits and
vegetables, lean protein, fish and eggs in their diet.
