Upon authorisation of payment please allow 7 -10 days for delivery of email readings. For face to face readings we will confirm time and date with you either by email or telephone. Purchasing a reading constitutes recognition and acceptance of the following;

SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. If you wish to contact White Feather Spiritual Shoppe by email customerservice@whitefeatheronline.com.au regarding your order , we are happy to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number of each parcel.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND POSTAGE (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please allow up to 14 days for shipping. *Postage is Registered Mail via Australia Post only. Other forms of delivery are available on request and these will incur the actual cost of delivery. eg- Express Post. Products will be shipped via Australia Post usually within 5 business days. Orders usually take 2 - 10 business days to arrive from the time of shipment. If we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you via your supplied contact information. White Feather Spiritual Shoppe makes every effort to deliver your Product/s according to the estimated delivery times provided. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. The delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Public holidays. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Return to Sender- if your parcel/s can not be signed for, is rejected or incorrectly addressed on your registration/ invoice through no fault of White Feather Spiritual Shoppe. There will be an $12.00 Return to Sender fee plus the actual cost of re-shipment to re-deliver your parcel/s. White Feather Spiritual Shoppe retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders will need to have shipping prices quoted and arranged prior to payment being made. If you wish to place an order please email me with the product/s you wish to purchase and I will email a price for shipping to you. Your order will be shipped within two working days from clearing of your payment.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments from, PayPal, Direct Deposit, and Money Order and White Feather Spiritual Shoppe Gift cards. Please note a Direct Deposit can take up to 3 business days to appear in our bank account. Orders paid by Money Order will not be dispatched until funds are received. REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
All Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorisation Number to be arranged before the product is returned. The RAN is obtained from our office and written on the Front of the return package. Any return received without an RAN may be, at White Feather Spiritual Shoppes discretion, be sent back to the customer after a postage and handling charge have been paid. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging. White Feather Spiritual Shoppe is not responible for returns that are lost in transit. No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order. Should your products arrive damaged we will happily exchange, or refund the item if unavailable. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement Product can not be provided. Where White Feather Spiritual Shoppe has provisionally determined that a Product is faulty, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of White Feather Spiritual Shoppe. If the Product is deemed by White Feather Spiritual Shoppe NOT to be faulty, White Feather Spiritual Shoppe may in its absolute discretion refuse to replace the Product or offer you a refund for the Product. If your items arrive damaged/faulty you must notify White Feather Spiritual Shoppe within 48 hours of delivery. In some cases White Feather Spiritual Shoppe will reserve the right to ask for proof of damaged via a digital photo. Should you contact us outside the 48 hour period White Feather Spiritual Shoppe will consider each claim based on its merits. Where we agree to replace the Product or refund you the purchase price of the Product, you must first return the defective Product to us. We will make arrangements with you for the return of the Product. The delivery time for replacing the Product will be the same as stated for the original Product. Refunds exclude all shipping costs. No refund will be given to you until White Feather Spiritual Shoppe has received the faulty Product from you. Refunds will be issued via original payment method.
