To use the Crystal Clearing Kit: Keep the crystals close to you (maybe in your bag or pocket) all areas will be worked on in a gentle and constant manner.
To work on individual aspect of Fear take the crystal you have chosen and hold it in the palm of your hand for 30 minutes (Once in the Morning and Once at Night) and contemplate on the aspect you wish to Clear. Breathe in the cleansing energy and dispel the fear in the out breath. Breathe slowly and deeply while expelling the negative fear based energy.
Repeat this for 7 days straight, if you miss a day you will need to start again, miss 1 day
